Job Description:
As a network control associate at L3Harris Technologies, you will be responsible for accuracy of data reporting to program and customer. You will assist Maintenance lead in preparing & updating all trackers.
Essential Functions:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Support business teams with data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
- Validate data accuracy and maintain data quality standards.
- Assist in building and improving data models and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
- Automate routine reports and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications:
- B. Tech / B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, or related engineering field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar tools).
- Basic understanding of data visualization techniques.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
