Join us for your opportunity to interview on the spot with hiring managers from our Redmond, WA facility, where we fabricate, assemble, and test chemical and electric thrusters, as well as small scale propulsion systems. We are currently seeking experienced Manufacturing Technicians to perform a variety of assembly duties including rocket engine assembly, mechanical valve and thruster assembly and test. Our products enable a wide variety of missions from the exploration of our solar system to global communication and the surveillance of severe weather and wild fires. We have both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available!

Qualifications

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the hourly range for this role in Washington State is $22.11 - $59.13 for Manufacturing (Assembly) Technicians. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
