Job Description:

Are you a visionary leader with a talent for crafting and executing strategic initiatives? Do you excel in engaging with executives and navigating complex program landscapes? We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager for New Business and Strategy who will play an instrumental role in driving our organization to achieve key business objectives. As the Principal Program Manager for New Business and Strategy, you will be at the forefront of our strategic efforts including guiding the development and implementation of innovative program strategies, facilitating new business ventures, and ensuring seamless project execution. Your ability to engage and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders will be essential.

Essential Functions:

Strategic Program Development:
• Develop and implement program strategies aligned with our division and corporate goals
• Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with senior executives to refine and adapt strategic initiatives for optimal outcomes

New Business Facilitation:
• Forge and nurture strategic relationships with potential partners and clients alongside our business development teams
• Lead the preparation of business cases and proposals to secure new business opportunities

Customer Engagement:
• Create and review customer engagement materials, including presentations, proposals, and reports
• Ensure that customer needs and expectations are met through close coordination with Program Managers and Business Development teams
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers to foster open communication and actionable feedback

Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary liaison for program-related inquiries and high-level communication
• Provide regular updates to the Division VP and GM on program progress, challenges, and strategic decisions
• Ensure the alignment of all program activities with overall corporate objectives through effective collaboration with Program Managers

Continuous Improvement:
• Identify and drive areas for process enhancement within the program management framework
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the program management team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
• Ability to obtain US Government security clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

• 12 years of experience in program management with a strong history of managing complex projects
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of market dynamics
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging with senior executives
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable
