Job Description:
The Senior Specialist, Project Management supports the execution of post‑delivery customer support activities for the MIDS product line. This role coordinates project-level tasks across internal functions, suppliers, and domestic and international customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of hardware, software, documentation, and related support. The position focuses on day‑to‑day project execution, issue resolution, and customer coordination, and does not include program‑level cost, schedule, or technical baseline ownership.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as a primary project-level contact for Domestic and International customers regarding status, delivery inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate updates and compliance for Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs) for international customers.
- Collaborate with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) team members and the MIDS Program Office on project-related activities and customer support needs.
- Support Inside Sales by coordinating input for quotes and ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate the entry and tracking of Program Directives (PDs) and Shop Orders (SOs) with Operations and Contracts teams.
Work with suppliers to support delivery commitments and address expedite requests when required. - Prepare export documentation for Global Trade and ensure accuracy of all supporting materials, including End User Statements and EASE submissions.
Support forecasting of orders and sales by coordinating inputs with the Finance team and maintaining accurate project data in Forecast Center. - Maintain and update the Cash Tracking application based on recent project activity.
- Coordinate with Buyers and Suppliers to resolve order-related issues, including DMS matters.
- Lead weekly supplier coordination meetings to monitor and support delivery objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum 4 years experience with project or program management, operations coordination, or customer support activities.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with MRP and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in a Program Management Office or logistics/supply chain
support.
- Familiarity working with international customers, including FMS environments.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $88,000 - $164,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
