Job Description:

L3Harris has an immediate opening for a Talent Operations Associate with our Cyber Division, Trenchant. Trenchant is responsible for devising and implementing a sophisticated commercial cyber toolkit. Our teams are comprised of highly skilled security researchers and former intelligence professionals with a fixation on realizing mission outcomes. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace experience internationally. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee well-being, and driving initiatives that improve the overall employee experience.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction across all regions globally
• Streamline and develop an onboarding process to ensure new employees have a smooth and welcoming transition into the company
• Refine and support the offboarding processes including exit interviews and analysis of feedback to improve retention strategies
• Enhance the candidate experience and manage the talent pipeline to support recruitment activities
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management to ensure open and effective communication
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission
• Develop and promote wellness programs and initiatives that support employee well-being
• Assist with administrative tasks including providing support in resolving employee inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with the leadership and cross-functional teams on various projects and initiatives
• Promote transparency and trust within the organization through regular updates and communication channels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience

• Experience supporting global and dispersed organizations
• Experience with international hiring and employee operations in Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand countries
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $65,500-$121,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $56,500-$105,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
