Job Description: This position will oversee activities that ensure new systems and tools are integrated at each Sector and drive Standard Work across the Segment.  This position will assist the Sector Supply Chain Leadership with establishing Sector/Site specific reporting cadences as needed.  This team will serve as project managers and integrators as needed to support Supply Chain Operations within IMS, with a specific focus on driving Standard Work practices across the Segment. The last key function of this team is to identify best practices with systems and tools and ensure functional integration across Supply Chain to ensure all strategic initiatives are data driven and accurately and adequately capture performance improvement metrics and cost savings information.

This position will oversee a team of individuals with varying Sector-level responsibilities and ensure the appropriate training and oversight is provided to these individuals to ensure compliance for all business systems at their respective Sectors.

Essential Functions: This position will oversee the implementation, standardization and management of all Segment-level business integration activities for all Supply Chain Operations within IMS, including the oversite of all Sectors, Divisions and Sites within the IMS Segment.  This position will be responsible for oversight and monitoring of all Business Integration activities and ensuring the maintenance of Segment-Level and Sector-Level Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure compliance and standardization across the business. 

Qualifications: This position requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across the function. Typically has mastery within a specific technical area or broad expertise across multiple related job areas. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite & SAP Experience
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Working knowledge of FAR & DFAR Regulations
• Experience in Senior Leadership Engagement
• Industrial Engineering Experience
