Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Administrator Intern to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our IT operations. Under the guidance of experienced IT professionals, the intern will gain hands-on experience in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring system efficiency, and providing technical support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, network devices, and software applications.
• Help monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security of IT infrastructure.
• Participate in the creation and updating of system documentation and inventories.
• Support the IT team in daily administrative tasks and contribute to various IT projects.
• Respond to and resolve helpdesk requests, providing excellent customer service to end-users.
• Learn and apply best practices in IT administration and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance system reliability and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware components.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
