Job Description:

Enterprise Contracts, Strategy and Integration (ECSI) is responsible for supporting all aspects of contracts for IT outsourcing services within the IT organization. The rolewill be responsible for reviewing the financial aspects of the managed services contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of IT-related expenses. Primary responsibilities will include tracking, analyzing, and forecasting the IT spend within the Enterprise Contracts team, while ensuring alignment with the company's financial and strategic objectives. This role will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information and provide insights to support decision-making. 

Essential Functions:

  • Budget and forecast to both develop and manage Enterprise Contracts IT budget, forecast future IT spending, and analyze variances against planned expenses.
  • Financial Analysis to evaluate the financial performance of IT projects, SOWs, Managed Services Contracts potentially including cost-benefit analysis and return on investment (ROI) validation.
  • Reporting to include monthly preparation of financial reports and presentations highlighting key financial metrics and trends related to IT Managed Services.
  • Support to Cost Management to pull data supporting and assisting to identify opportunities to optimize IT spending and reduce costs, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaboration other departments within IT, finance, and supply chain to gather data, analyze information, and provide reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies related to IT spending.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness specific to the financial oversight to IT Managed Services Contracts.
  • 100% On site 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and management.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and financial forecasting.
  • Strong project management and team development skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Excel and data manipulation, excellent communication skills, and self-motivation.
  • A good understanding of financial disciplines, budgeting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively is also required.
  • Understanding IT processes and translating technical concepts into business language is also valuable.
