Job Description:L3Harris Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Document Management (DM) analyst to support configuration and data management activities on the Wideband Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Operations And Technical Support II (WSOTS II) program.

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to work independently under only general direction; have a high degree of attention, while providing support for multiple projects from both program staff and configuration management teammates.
  • Assist with slide preparation for weekly and monthly briefing presentations
  • Responsible for conducting basic aspects of Document Management and Data Management for the program
  • Track deliverables through their lifecycle from working folder creation to delivery and record for metrics tracking
  • Manage and update program template library
  • Delivery of documents to the customer after they have received final approval
  • Maintain Data Library calendar (i.e., CDRL schedule)
  • Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has moderate impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Work is of moderate scope, typically on larger, task-related activities.
  • Work may be structured within identified boundaries and procedures. Follows established processes to complete tasks. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations. Resolves most issues.
  • Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement. May be a resource to other employees in areas of proficiency.
  • Works under limited supervision. Less detailed instructions are provided and minimal peer review is required.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Ability to work independently under only general direction; have a high degree of attention, while providing support for multiple projects from both program staff and configuration management teammates.
  • Knowledge and experience with SharePoint are preferred
  • Fully proficient support individual contributor. Works under limited supervision. May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise. Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgment.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $44,000 - $81,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
