Job Description:
The Senior Associate, Inventory Management is responsible for supporting inventory control and material management activities within the Camden facility. This role supports inventory accuracy, SAP transactional compliance, material movement, cycle count execution, and stockroom operations.
The position works closely with production, receiving, shipping, planning, and quality teams to ensure inventory integrity and material availability while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
Essential Functions
• Perform inventory transactions within SAP.
• Support cycle count activities and inventory audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and material shortages.
• Process material movements and inventory adjustments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Support production material fulfillment activities.
• Assist with stockroom organization and inventory control initiatives.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience supporting inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and logistics coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional operational activities and supporting organizational objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational issues, develop solutions, and implement process improvements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate workflow within a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience supporting defense, government, or export-controlled operations preferred.
Preferred Additional Skills:
• SAP transactional knowledge and inventory management experience.
• Experience supporting warehouse process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, material flow management, and shipping compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting operational metrics, KPIs, and on-time delivery objectives.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $57,500 - $107,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
