ENGINEERING THE FUTURE
L3Harris held its first ever DevCon developer conference in April at our facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The hackathon-style event brought together top developers and engineers from across the company to learn, build and collaborate with hands-on deliverables.
DRIVING INNOVATION TOGETHER
In October, DevCon 2 brought teams together for a hackathon focused on problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation. Building on the momentum of the first DevCon, we are continuing to create opportunities for employees to explore how our digital platform can support the business in practical ways. More than an event, DevCon has become a space for learning, collaboration, and discovery across teams and organizations.
devcon was a valuable experience that gave me the chance to learn, network and spend time with colleagues from across the country. Meeting teammates face-to-face strengthened my connection to the team and left me feeling more engaged and collaborative.
