Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking an Order Repair Manager to support our operations facility in Rochester, NY. This position offers a 9/80 work schedule.
Essential Functions:
- Process Repair Orders by determining Billing and Shipping information
- Able to manage an average of 500 items in the repair process
- Able to lead and/or build compliance import/export program
- Interface with the customer via email, phone and in person
- Coordinate repairs and activities with internal and external resources
- Ensure contractual obligations are met
- Perform estimating and payment collection activities
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with data driven performance metrics
- Review imports/exports for compliance to ITAR, EAR, and customs regulations
- Assist customers with international shipping
- Work directly with freight forwarders as it relates to imports and exports
- Apply for export licenses (DSP-5s, BIS licenses)
- Experience with USML and 600 series items
- Ability to Obtain a US Security Clearance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

- Good communication skills, both writing and speaking
- Experience with Import/Export documentation and processes
- Experience with International Shipping
