Job Description:
Responsible for, controlling and managing activities related to inventory control within the stockroom, receiving, shipping, expediting, and dock oversite. Troubleshoot and rectify discrepancies and assist Supply Chain with system flow to ensure consistencies in understanding and look for process improvements to that end.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for performing the physical or administrative tasks supporting stockroom functions (product put-away, cycle counting, kitting, material transfers) receiving, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment, as well as shipping.
- Verify and inspect for non-conforming material in accordance with L3Harris Inventory Management procedures.
- Receives incoming materials, unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices. Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications.
- Maintains records of received goods, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents.
- Lifts heavy items and may operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, tow motors, forklifts, etc. upon receipt of internal certification.
- Safely handles, transfers, and transports chemicals in accordance with the current version of Hazardous Chemical Guidebook.
- Knowledge of material handling procedures, stockroom operations and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- MRP
- Experience with Shipping, Receiving and stockroom operations
- Working knowledge of forklift, pallet jack, and lifting safety
- Ability to obtain security clearance, if needed
- Requires minimal job knowledge/skills.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $37,000 - $69,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
