Job Description:
Program manager for Battleforce Tactical Trainer program who will be responsible for the schedule, budget and scope compliance of a $30M annual execution budget with coordination responsibility for roughly 100 program team members. Program manager will be the point of customer contact for reporting status, maintaining scope control and negotiation.

Nature of Supervision
Manages individual(s) typically consisting of experienced professionals or lower-level supervisors or associate managers. Leads, directs and reviews the work of direct report(s) who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. Has hiring, firing, promotion and compensation authority within own organization, in accordance with management review and approval. Reports to Senior Manager or higher

Communicates with parties within and outside of the organization which includes customers or vendors. Works to influence others to accept individual or team’s views or practices and changes to concepts, practices, and approaches. Requires ability to communicate with leadership regarding matters of importance to the function or business area. May conduct briefings with senior leaders

Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related scientific OR technical discipline related field (or equivalent)
- 15 years program management experience. Experience includes increasing management responsibility with 6 years in a supervisory role. Relevant experience should be with DoD Program(s)
- Shall possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Integrated Training Systems
- Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution

- Risk Management Policies and Assessment
- Program Management experience running a large support services contract with multiple subcontractors.
- Secret clearance required.
