Job Description:
Integrated Vision Solutions (IVS) is looking for a highly motivated operations-focused finance professional with strong business acumen to support its Londonderry NH location. This accomplished self-starter would be responsible for analyzing and reporting on all key financial aspects of the site including cost and revenue, bids and proposals, operations KPIs and working capital while partnering with finance leadership and the site GM. This role will also be responsible for implementing process enhancements which are critical to achieve the financial goals of the organization, with a focus on translating data and making recommendations to the IVS leadership team for operational improvement. Role will require collaboration and engagement with all functions to develop and maintain budget targets and will inform recommendations on tools and processes to sustain accountability.
Essential Functions:
- Provide site GM with critical analysis and recommendations based off data-based analytics
- Tracking and analyzing site indirect budgets as well as indirect rate forecasting (Overhead, G&A)
- Cost management and KPI tracking for all operations/manufacturing metrics
- Inventory forecasting
- Frequent presentation on business performance to the IVS Leadership Team
- Identify and lead process improvement plans and initiatives
- Assisting with Annual Operating Plan and Joint Strategic Plan
- Support internal and external audits
- Travel occasionally required (10%)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in Finance.
- Experience with project budgeting and/or project management.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- MBA or Graduate Degree strongly preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel and database analytics – to allow continuous improvement on tools and processes (i.e Pivot Tables, Business Intelligence (dashboards))
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – focus on defining future scenarios and/or operational actions
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Familiarity with Cognos, Costpoint and SharePoint, or similar
