Job Description:
The Operations Cost Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Quarterly / Monthly EAC Process and the Bid & Proposal Process (developing bid and coordinating proposal reviews) for Operations. Detailed analysis will be required on proposals, programs, and specific assemblies. Candidate should have strong attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
Essential Functions:
- Completing quarterly EACs; analysis of cost overruns; supporting OPMs with monthly ETCs.
- Develops estimates for the touch labor assembly, test, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Planning and Control.
- Support entry into the BOE Tool.
- Ensures estimates developed are fully auditable and in full compliance with all government laws and regulations.
- Utilize learning curve theory in developing proposal unit cost.
- Respond to RFIs/SWEEPs upon requests from PMO, Red Team, and Customer.
- Support the SIOP Monthly Process.
- Daily/Weekly Cost tracking: Earned Hours Report, Touch Labor/Support Reporting.
- Conduct Unit Cost analysis to ensure standards are in line with run rate.
- Conduct Bi-Weekly Support and Unit Cost Variance analysis and present data to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve data reporting through continuous improvement initiatives (E3).
- Any Adhoc reports requested from Operations Team.

- Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PowerPoint Skills.
- Ability to work with large data sets.
- Power BI experience.
- Strong analytical abilities.
