What the role will involve

The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

• Conduct control systems hardware testing for Astute class submarines and Landing Platform Dock (LPD) class assault ships support contract at testing facility within L3Harris facility at Barrow-in-Furness
• Conducting maintenance tasks on Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carrier (QEC) software reference set
• Travel to other L3Harris and customer sites for assistance in defect rectification and support of other L3Harris contracts

What you’ll bring

The role requires the following experience and skills:

• Related degree, apprenticeship, college diploma, or equivalent
• Ideally gained some relevant experience following studies
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
