Description:
- Provides support for financial planning and analysis, budget strategy formulation, and budget administration.
- Assist in the coordination of expenditure, obligation and accountability of program funds; cost and schedule performance management of contracts; resource planning; and cost estimating.
- Supports budget development, execution tracking and the generation and tracking of financial documents using various Navy and DoD electronic data systems such as Navy Enterprise Resources Program (N-ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), SharePoint, spend plan tools, Defense Finance and Accounting Service coordination and related integrated data/financial environments.
- Provides business, financial, resource planning and management support to various integrated product teams and supporting activities in the coordination and administration of all business and financial services for multiple appropriations.
- Supports the preparation of funding documents and procurement requests.
- Provides support to implement initiatives and provide workload/business forecasting analysis/studies for programs.
- Supports a variety of management activities, corporate initiatives, special projects, and data calls.
- Continuously monitors the performance of PMI and conducts joint short, mid and long-term planning for various phases of the VH-92A IMC process.
- Analyzes flight hours, evaluates aircraft material condition, analyzes maintenance processes/workflow to conduct trend analysis, and provides advice on process improvements.
- Provides overall recommendations to organize and execute process improves in an effort to reduce cost and increase speed of execution.
Essential Functions:
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in financial management and execution supporting an Acquisition Category (ACAT) I aviation program within a NAVAIR.
- Demonstrated experience in DoD financial accounting systems including Acquisition Management System (AMS) Tools/Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and N-ERP.
- Must possess and exercise diplomatic tact and have the capability and capacity to develop and manage complex business relationships with multiple organizations.
- Must have 2+ years in MS Office products such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and Command electronic mail.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in financial management and execution supporting an Acquisition Category (ACAT) I aviation program within a NAVAIR.
- Demonstrated experience in DoD financial accounting systems including Acquisition Management System (AMS) Tools/Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and N-ERP.
- Must have 2+ years in MS Office products such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and Command electronic mail.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $80,500 - $149,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
