Job Description:

This consultative role is critical to our ongoing growth and involves in-depth research and analysis of emerging markets and new business models, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of L3Harris. The successful candidate responsibilities will include yet but not be limited to:
Essential Duties:
- Gather data, perform analysis and synthesize findings to deliver insights and recommendations on new/emerging markets and trends
- Conduct market segmentation and participation model assessment
- Contribute to strategic projects, leading research and analysis tasks
- Lead Transformation Program Tracking project, forming plans across sectors and functions, tracking progress and actions, supporting (and in some instances, driving) closure (25%)
- Work closely with key stakeholders to create compelling executive-level presentations, translating complex technical and business information into visually compelling and crisp messages for Strategic Plan, Board of Directors, Transformation Program, and other areas as requested
- Create polished reporting for senior leader presentations and decision-making
- Support creation and maintenance of data repository
- Other items as directed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Strategy, Finance, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent area and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in aerospace and defense industry, or related field and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in data analytics and modeling, industry and market analysis, partnership research
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management skills
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) with strong layout, design, and aesthetic skills showing an eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, with a high degree of flexibility
- Creativity, analytical ability, and a deadline-oriented approach
- Collaborative, team-player
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Working knowledge of defense, aerospace, intelligence, and adjacent markets
- Experience in innovation and disruption
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, data management platforms
