Job Description:
The Systems Administator will provide complex high level system support to the L3Harris Securred Areas. Support this role completes inclues enterprise systems administration, configuration, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting various issues.
Essential Functions:
- RMF duties to include installing\upgrading OSs, applying patches, and updating security tools.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot complex engineering and DEV OPS software.
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot virtual and storage technologies.
- Complex automation scripting utilizing Python\PowerShell.
- Provision and configuration of new physical and virtual servers.
- Maintain virtual server and VDI Nutanix environments.
- Active Directory management.
- Windows systems administration & monitoring.
- DCSA Compliance.
- Handling of Service Now incidents / requests.
- Security tool administration.
- Nutanix / Citrix VDI support.
- NetApp storage administration.
- Datacenter administration.
- Engineering Tool Support- Jira, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Doors.
- Exchange administration.
- Ability to move 30 pounds.
- Security+ or higher certification or ability to attain one within 6 months of hire
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's with 9 years prior Windows client and/or systems experience, Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Active US Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with networking concepts, database management, deployment automation tools.
- Experience with the Risk Management Framework process under DAAPM.
- Experienced with complex troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Windows MCSA, MCSE for Server 2016 - 2019.
- Experience with VMWare and NetApp technologies.
- Able to effectively communicate to the DoD engineering/program community.
- Experience with Commvault Enterprise backup software.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Washington State and New York State is $92,000 - $171,000. For California, Seattle and New York City, the salary range for this role is $106,500 - $197,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
