Job Title: Associate Analyst, Quality Analysis
Job Location: Camden, AR, On-Site
Job Schedule: 4/10 - 10 Hour Days, Monday-Thursday
The Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment of L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Associate Analyst, Quality Analysis to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas.
Under general supervision, the Quality Analyst will perform a variety of documentation related activities including but not limited to: hardware documentation review and approval, Nonconforming material management, and working specifically with Quality Engineering and Inspection. Requires interfacing with multiple disciplines (quality, design, manufacturing engineering, customer and government personnel). Requires general use and application of quality concepts, practices and techniques. This position will support the TOW/TOS program but may take on additional program support activities.
Essential Functions:
- Analyzes documentation to verify compliance
- Interfaces with program IPTs in support of production execution ensure requirements are met.
- Support/Perform HAR Reviews in support of hardware deliveries
- Assist with program CAB preparation and defect analysis
- Investigates and reports quality concerns/matters as requested by quality engineering or Q&MA management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of project management
- Communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to operate in a team environment
