Job Description:
Receives in-bound telephone calls and documents customer system issues. Provides first-level technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and diagnostic testing of equipment malfunctions. Communicates with customers via email to schedule deliveries, installation, and training. Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products. Assists in production and quality assurance of new products. Monitor online forum to provide responses to customers and maintain shared content.
Essential Functions:
- Dynamic, positive, and resourceful self-starter who can work independently and drive results.
- Work on call and other functional schedules as required.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain and improve processes involved with customer coordination.
- Document processes, knowledgebase articles and update databases for case tracking and issue resolution.
- Maintain issued assets, tools of trade, and conduct routine inventory inspections and reports.
- Ability to lift and pull up-to 50lbs.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with up to 3 years of prior related experience is required.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Technical Degree or Certification(s) in Information Technology.
- Language: English required; Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
