Job Description:
This role will be primarily responsible for ensuring program governance and process controls for the ACS Sector. The Business Analyst will implement and track compliance against Program Management Processes. The Business Analyst will directly support the Program Management Office to ensure process implementation while working with key division stakeholders. This position will also be directly responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering metrics for divisions by working with key stakeholders to understand data visualization and reporting requirements. This position will have a direct impact in delivering meaningful information and recommendations aimed at improving division and sector reporting.
Essential Functions:
• Perform monthly analysis of PMX tool reports and review results and recommendations with PMO and General Managers
• Finalize monthly cadence and formalize processes for Program Management Reviews, New Business Reviews, Proposal Pricing Reviews, and Sector Ops Reviews
• Work directly with PMs to build sector review packages per defined processes
• Audit processes and ensure compliance
• Create and maintain data driven plans and action item lists
• Works independently under direction and guidance of PMO
• Identify data sources required to fulfill business intelligence and reporting needs
• Develops tools, templates, and processes to simplify ways of gathering data and preparing reports, while also ensuring the information gathered is relevant and at an appropriate level of detail
• Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance through continuous improvement initiatives (E3)
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field
Preferred Additional Skills:
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MSOffice Tools
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems
